Key Responsibilities:

• Contact US Customers to discuss our program details.

• Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding class schedules.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and deliver trial classes.

• Manage client relationships, solicit feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients based in the US and UK.

Desired Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience in customer service and call centers.

• A pleasant and engaging personality to facilitate meaningful conversations.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Fluency in English language.

• Familiarity with US localization is advantageous.

• Understanding of US Accent is beneficial.
