Core ResponsibilitiesClient & Media Outreach
  • Liaise with clients and media to foster long-term relationships and networks.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure 100% client satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and campaign progress.
Media Analysis & Coverage
  • Analyse media coverage of the company and its clients.
  • Collate, evaluate and recommend improvements for media coverage to identify trends and opportunities.
Publicity & Campaign Development
  • Develop publicity strategies and campaigns to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles and features to targeted media outlets.
  • Promote news stories and features to increase visibility and reach.
Event Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
  • Coordinate photography for events and marketing materials.
Brand Growth
  • Develop and nurture relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of the company.
  • Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goals.
Influencer Engagement
  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness and credibility.
  • Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries to stay ahead of the competition.
Research & Insights
  • Commission and undertake market research to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Analyse industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies.
Team Collaboration
  • Motivate the team and encourage a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed.
