Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Prayagraj. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan products. Daily tasks include client meetings, loan processing, documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of loan products and financial services
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the housing finance sector is a plus
