Job Overview

The role of Service Desk Agent is a key position in our organization, responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users.

As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for users seeking assistance with IT-related issues.

You will be required to log all user service tickets in ITSM systems with complete and accurate information, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests, manage customer inquiries, and ensure timely resolution.
