Job Title: JD Edwards Technical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules, including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV , UDO, Processing option, and Data Structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities.
  • Second-level support for resolving service requests and system defects.
  • Key involvement in high-severity user issues and system defect resolution.
  • Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues.
  • Interact with Business users throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Resolve JDE level 2 application support calls logged through Help Desk.
  • Regular interaction with JDE CNC Admin support team for issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of TEXP experience.
  • 4+ years of Rexp experience.
