Job Overview:

The role of HR Operations Manager is pivotal in driving organizational transformation through the delivery of scalable, efficient, and employee-centric services.

This position will lead the standardization of processes, leverage data-driven insights, and foster collaboration with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement within a defined framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple entities.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
  • Drive process harmonization
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with COEs, regional leaders, and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
  • Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the strategic scaling of operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models to support organizational growth and transformation initiatives.
