Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital banking initiatives.

  • This includes developing and executing strategies aimed at enhancing the digital banking experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with overall business goals and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and optimizing digital channels, ensuring high usability, seamless functionality, and robust security across platforms.

In addition, they will collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve interface design and overall customer engagement, and work alongside product development teams to design, develop, and improve digital banking products.

They must also stay up to date with regulatory and legal frameworks related to digital banking, ensuring all digital initiatives adhere to compliance standards and industry regulations.

Data analysis and reporting skills are essential, as is partnering with IT teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into the digital banking ecosystem.

Finally, they will develop and maintain security protocols to safeguard digital banking operations and address cybersecurity risks.
