Community Engagement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving engagement and sales efforts across various channels. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with customers, creating content that resonates with our audience, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement & Sales
    • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing attendees.
    • Foster genuine relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
    • Represent our brand at events, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
  • Content & Brand Support
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to create community-focused stories, posts, and updates.
    • Share behind-the-scenes content, customer testimonials, and event highlights across social channels.
    • Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments or messages in a timely manner.
  • Business Analysis & Insights
    • Track and report key community metrics – attendance, engagement rates, repeat booking patterns, and customer satisfaction scores.
    • Analyze customer feedback to identify common themes, unmet needs, and improvement opportunities.
    • Present monthly insight reports with actionable recommendations for class offerings, marketing focus, and engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in sales, community management, customer success, or event coordination. Strong people skills, excellent communication, and a comfort with basic data tracking are essential.
