Job Title: Science Faculty

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Science Faculty in our esteemed institution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach science program courses in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
  • Design lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work.
  • Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
  • Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
  • Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in a relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.) with minimum 55% marks.
  • NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline preferred.
  • 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.
  • Effective communication and mentoring skills.
