Job Title: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the primary point of contact, collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to drive adoption, provide guidance, and offer strategic recommendations on solution enablement.
  • Lead a team responsible for managing day-to-day system support and implementing Workday projects/initiatives according to relevant governance and service delivery protocols.
  • Work closely with technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and resolve Workday incidents and support services in adherence to SLAs and assume responsibility for executing relevant follow-up actions.
  • Ensure documentation of Workday support maintenance activities and design changes for future reference and audits.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation within the team by mentoring employees and ensuring their professional growth through Workday training and skills enablement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements through Workday releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements aligned to organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify, deploy, and drive adoption of latest Workday capabilities through a defined service improvement framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in an HRIS team (preferably on Workday) with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to proactively assess and resolve day-to-day issues and independently drive initiatives to improve solution adoption and HRIS service delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of the overall Workday solution with relevant Workday certifications/accreditations, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions from Design to Deploy.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with a global team of HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying informed on industry trends, HR Technology innovations, and best practices.
  • Experience in preparing relevant leadership collaterals and establishing documentation standards for project management, functional, and technical requirements and solution implementation.
  • Ability to lead projects and drive them to completion.
