Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Supervisor, Global Workforce Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing reporting dashboards and data sets that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). You will also leverage business intelligence tools to ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working within an internal contingent workforce program or for a managed service provider (MSP). They will possess strong data analysis and visualization skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

In this role, you will serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the audit team, ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures. You will also develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets.
  • Ensure all internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execution of internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
