We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Workforce Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail business objectives and staff-related challenges, enabling them to create strategic recommendations that drive positive outcomes.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as the primary point of contact for our sales teams and staffs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving governance on key human resource metrics, including staffing, retention, engagement, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Work closely with regional managers and territory managers to identify recruitment, compensation, and employee relations needs.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, promoting employee satisfaction and development.
  • Lead HR initiatives and best practices, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
  • Foster open communication channels with store staffs, implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
  • Oversee HR operations, induction processes, performance management, employee relations, and exit procedures.
  • Cultivate leadership capabilities in individual managers, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.
