Administrative Coordinator for Global Teams

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our global teams in Hyderabad. As an ideal candidate, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining executive calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, and providing general administrative support for a geographically distributed team. You will also prepare and submit expense reports in MS Office, review and check expenses for the team, and track team finances to generate timely and accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring prompt and accurate scheduling.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics.
- Provide general administrative support for a geographically distributed team.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in MS Office.
- Review and check expenses for the team.
- Track team finances to generate timely and accurate reports.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You should also have intermediate knowledge of MS Office and cloud-based applications (SharePoint) and be able to collaborate in a team environment.
Additional Skills:
Candidates with experience in travel and expense management for large audiences will be preferred. Additionally, you will thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment and be able to work within deadlines with flexibility.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
