Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Services Specialist to provide financial and general administrative support to the Admin Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the associated office, handling procurement, negotiation, and vendor management, monitoring work performance of support staff, updating inventory and asset register, handling CCTV, ACD, UPS, and day-to-day interface with suppliers, contractors, operations & maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for all day-to-day office administrative activities, including maintaining a full contract database, supporting supplier set-up, and providing customer-facing approach to all enquiries at the office.
  • Ensure general office maintenance, handle procurement, negotiation, and vendor management, monitor work performance of support staff, update inventory and asset register, handle CCTV, ACD, UPS, and day-to-day interface with suppliers, contractors, operations & maintenance personnel.
  • Support with maintaining supplier set-up, provide a customer-facing approach to all enquiries at the office, answer the telephone and professionally deal with all queries and complaints.
