We are seeking a dynamic and organized Female Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the company and provide administrative support across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors professionally and maintain a welcoming reception area
- Answer phone calls politely and direct them efficiently
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately
- Provide general administrative support to the team members
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned by management
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Capacity to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
**What We Offer**
