Job Overview

This leadership role oversees business delivery and tie-ups, focusing on growing the business with profits through Channel Management Agents.

  • Manage daily activities of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
  • Coach and guide agents to cross-sell and expand the business.
  • Ensure at least 20% growth of individual POS agents annually.
  • Comply with IRDA regulations regarding licensing and commission payments for POS agents.
  • Maintain application quality.
  • Support and guide producers in policy services-related activities.
  • Train POS agents on products, processes, and Co USPs.
  • Recruit and activate field sales agents, generating business through them.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive overall Gross Written Premium achievement.
  • Ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Maintain hygiene.
  • Recruit and retain agents.
  • Activate and manage field sales.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Account Executive/Customer Success roles within Investment Banking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and find creative solutions.
