About Opportunity

Phase Power Protection Private Limited is expanding its Sales & Marketing team to focus on strategic market areas for growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Strategist to promote our power protection and fault recording products in the international market, particularly in Middle East & Eastern Asia Countries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business development, excellent technical knowledge of power systems, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select markets and customers to promote our products and solutions
  • Develop and grow the customer base in designated market segments
  • Conduct competitive analysis and determine new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans
  • Work with channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Phase Power Protection Pvt Ltd products and solutions
  • Create awareness and interest in our products through visits, demonstrations, training courses, and telephone contact
  • Assist in proposal preparation and presentation
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events
  • Manage projects and complete assigned work within agreed schedules and budgets

Qualifications:

  • BE-Electrical & Electronics or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in international business development, application, or customer service
  • Experience working with utility customers or big industrial customers
  • Excellent technical training, speaking, and writing skills
  • Strong computer and business software skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills

Salary: ₹45,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
