Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team.

The role requires effective communication, lead generation, client relationship management, and driving sales conversions through telephonic interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete project details to prospects.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and timely conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales updates in CRM/software.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer requirements, objections, and preferences.
  • Assist in closing deals by coordinating between clients and the on-ground sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
  • Ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (real estate background is an added advantage).
