We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales of high-end residences, villas, and land parcels in the Nellore region.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a robust network for luxury sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring trust-driven engagement.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels.
  • Inventory Sourcing: Source and manage inventory in prime locations.
  • Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market.
  • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Nellore luxury markets.
  • Network: Established connections with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Relationship Management: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Transaction Navigation: Ability to navigate complex resale transactions (valuation, due diligence, owner expectations).
    • Digital Marketing: Exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies.
