The Operations Executive will oversee the successful execution of real estate initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
This role is critical to translating strategic intent into operational reality.
- Execute land monetization and development initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications
- Build and lead local operational teams and vendor relationships
- Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management protocols are followed
- Represent the organization on-ground
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing land acquisition and development projects
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing documentations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder interactions
- Building and leading local operational teams and vendor partnerships
- Ensuring effective governance, reporting, and risk management
- Representing the organization externally
10-15 years of experience in real estate operations, project management, or asset management
Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Experience working with large-scale developers preferred
Goa-based or willing to relocate
