Head of Asia Market Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to join our team at Terviva. As the Head of Asia Market Sales, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Asia region, driving growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the Asia market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving business results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
