Job Title: Associate Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Process Manager to join our team. As an Associate Process Manager, you will play a key role in the management of business processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of process analysts and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in XML, HTML, Python, and VBA Macros.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and client interaction skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • B2B Integration Knowledge: End-to-end understanding of customer onboarding processes, with hands-on experience in B2B profile setup and deployment.
  • Tools and Technologies: Knowledge of e-procurement platforms like SAP, Ariba, or Oracle, and experience with webMethods and PowerBI.
