Senior Full Stack Engineer

The ideal candidate will lead our full stack team, driving technical vision, architecture, and infrastructure decisions. You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, enforcing high-quality code standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Your main objectives will include:

  • Leading a team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers to deliver production-ready software.
  • Mentoring junior engineers to improve technical skills and coding practices.
  • Ensuring seamless integrations between Web, Studio, and Shopify applications.
  • Implementing SEO technical tasks to maximize website visibility and growth.
  • Managing translations across our platforms for global users.
  • Designing and implementing secure authentication flows.

You will be working closely with our CTO, Product, and AI research teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Our technology stack includes Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, VIKE SSR, and Playwright.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of engineering experience, including senior-level hands-on coding.
  • Proven leadership in scaling engineering teams (preferably SaaS/AI/consumer tech).
  • Strong expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, VIKE SSR, and Playwright.
  • Track record of shipping complex products fast without sacrificing reliability.
  • Experience managing Scrum teams and enforcing sprint discipline.
  • Passion for AI and automation, with real examples of using AI in development workflows.
  • Relentless about quality, delivery, and accountability, while knowing when to ship 'good enough' to learn faster.
  • Ability to make tough calls on tech and people decisions.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience in eCommerce, fashion tech, or creative tools.
