At Puretech Digital, we're seeking a seasoned Affiliate Marketing Strategy Lead to spearhead our affiliate marketing efforts and drive campaign success.

Job Overview:

The Affiliate Marketing Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic affiliate marketing plans aligned with client objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to deliver results through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing media plans that meet and exceed client KPIs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, translating them into effective affiliate programs.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.

Affiliate Campaign Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate campaigns, ensuring compliance and performance consistency.
  • Optimize campaigns through data analysis to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations for improvement to clients.

Partnership & Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with affiliates and third-party networks.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for affiliates and clients, maintaining open communication and addressing inquiries and issues proactively.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign metrics, providing insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Compile detailed reports on campaign performance, offering recommendations for future campaigns based on data insights.
  • Stay abreast of affiliate marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, tech, and analytics, to develop cohesive and effective affiliate campaigns.
  • Support team members' professional development, providing guidance on best practices in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnership management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year
