Mechanical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of manufacturing activities, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute engineering changes at the machine shop or engine assembly as released by R&D.
  • Coordinate hassle-free introduction of new models (machine shop side) as per management plans.
  • Budget planning and execution for ensuring capacity as per management plans.
  • Provide technical support to vendors for improving capacity, quality, and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: BE (Mechanical)/ BE (Production) from a renowned institute.
  • Work Experience: Min 3 Years, Max 6 Years.
  • Industry Specification: Preferably from Automobile OEM where machined components or engines are manufactured.
