Job Title: Multifaceted Operations Manager

At our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Multifaceted Operations Manager. This position is designed for an individual who can lead teams and oversee daily operations in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:
  • To optimize efficiency, quality, velocity, and cost, Section Managers direct teams and supervise personnel in various manufacturing sectors.
  • They are responsible for overseeing the implementation of new technologies and processes that enhance engine production.
  • Daily meetings with team leaders to discuss production plans, manpower allocation, and other operational matters are also part of this role.
  • The manager must be aware of labor costs and work towards reducing them while maintaining productivity.
  • This role also involves eliminating waste, including safety, quality, velocity, and cost-related issues, by driving the CI process and escalating problems when necessary.
  • The successful candidate will ensure proper performance monitoring and qualitative quantitative target setting for their subordinates.
  • Another key responsibility is pulling cross-functional team members together as required for departmental tasks.

Qualifications:
  • A University or technical school degree in a manufacturing-related field is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of manufacturing concepts is essential.
  • Candidates should possess good language, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience leading teams and supervising people is desirable.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly valued.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of employees and customers is a plus.
