Job Summary: As a seasoned expert in manufacturing operations, you will drive efficiency, quality and innovation on the production shop floor by establishing, stabilizing and optimizing processes utilizing MOM and Industry 4.0 concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will assess and formulate functional architecture & requirements for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Evaluate MES platforms based on strategic, financial, and functional pillars to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality and reduce costs by identifying areas for improvement and leveraging digital use cases.
  • Clients will rely on your expertise to consult on automation, IoT and data analytics in the manufacturing space.
  • You will utilize data analytics to extract valuable insights from production data and inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Management or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • An MBA from a top-tier institute is not necessary but desirable.
  • You must have proven experience working with Battery or EV OEMs or consulting in the Smart Plant vertical.
