Public Affairs Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Affairs Specialist to join our organization in Delhi.

This role requires developing and executing effective communication programs and public information campaigns to advance organizational goals and public understanding.

  • Serving as the main contact for media inquiries, preparing press releases, and responding to public and press questions.
  • Representing the organization at institutions, policy makers, civic, and community meetings.
  • Providing strategic support to management on policy formulation and articulating policy statements.
  • Crafting high-quality content for internal and external stakeholders, including newsletters, brochures, presentations, social media materials, and reports.
  • Conducting research and analyzing public opinion and regulatory trends to inform senior leaders.
  • Coordinating outreach activities, educational initiatives, facility tours, public events, and emergency preparedness communications.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for public, media, and internal audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and advocacy skills to drive organizational interests in complex stakeholder environments.
  • The ability to analyze, interpret, and present information in ways that foster understanding and build support for organizational policies.
  • Project management and event coordination abilities for public outreach and educational programming.

As a Public Affairs Professional, you will be responsible for managing our communication with the public, media, and institutions/agencies while supporting policy initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires excellent communication and project management skills.
