Identity Governance Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Identity Governance Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity governance solutions within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive identity governance solutions, incorporating Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) services to ensure seamless access control.
  • Integrate Entra with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for automated provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and manage on-premises Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Automate job management lifecycle processes for staff and contractors.
  • Deploy Entra on-prem agents to integrate with on-premises applications.
  • Develop and maintain robust identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and on-prem Active Directory implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
  • Hands-on experience with Entra provisioning processes.
  • Knowledge of protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
