Senior Identity Engineer

As a highly skilled Senior Identity Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs. This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience implementing complex IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into identity management solutions.
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications, databases, and HR systems.
  • Implement Lifecycle Management, Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls, Segregation of Duties.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot IAM configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  • Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in IAM, with 3-5 years hands-on experience in identity management solutions.
  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Experience in configuring and customizing IAM modules (provisioning, compliance manager, lifecycle manager, identity warehouse).
  • Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
  • Experience integrating IAM systems with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, cloud apps).
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
