About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate SailPoint with core systems, including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications.
  • Deliver IGA processes, such as recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Configure connectors to onboard applications, utilizing out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2, and custom options.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Educate stakeholders on SailPoint's capabilities and create insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.

In this role, you will also provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in SailPoint IIQ or similar identity governance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IGA processes, including recertification, JML, access request, and RBAC.
  • Ability to design and implement complex access policies and rules.
  • Experience with automation tools and workflow design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
