Job Title

Identity Governance and Administration

Responsibilities
  • Ensures seamless application onboarding.
  • Engages with application owners to understand their system requirements and explains the integration process/purpose and goals.
  • Gathers comprehensive information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
  • Coordinates, tests, and validates custom development required by the app team for integration.
  • Collaborates with internal engineers to develop governance-compliant integrations as per application requirements.
  • Supports app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintains accurate statuses for all applications being onboarded.
  • Effectively manages multiple application teams simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Requires 7-9 years of experience working in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Proven ability to update Identity Mapping and configure source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for Lifecycle Management/Joiner Leaver Manager Provisioning.
  • Skilled in administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
  • Strong background in RBAC analysis and implementation.
  • Successful experience launching certification campaigns and follow-up remediation processes.
  • Proficient in developing forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, and creating custom reports.
  • Developed rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Experience with Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
  • Expertise in onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
  • Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification is a plus.
