Job Title:

Global Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide multilingual customer support and technical assistance to users across global regions. This role involves handling technical support related to mobile devices and services through calls, emails, and chats, while working closely with international teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution.

  • This position requires exceptional communication skills in multiple languages (Portuguese, Spanish & English) to effectively interact with diverse user groups.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting mobile device and connectivity issues, as well as the ability to log and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with telecom providers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues is also a key responsibility of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (including night shifts) and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus, but not required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in international voice process / technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
