Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and performing system maintenance to ensure seamless operation of the platform.

This role requires a high degree of problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via various channels such as phone, email, or chat.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the platform.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
