At Google Workspace, we're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an expert in technical support.

As a Technical Expert, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch technical assistance and expertise to ensure seamless functionality of our services.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably in TAC support for Google Workspace. A strong knowledge of industry-standard ticketing tools, ITIL Framework, and Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good typing speed (preferably 30-50 WPM)
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting (preferably TAC support) for Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL Framework
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification (preferred)

For this role, mandatory requirements include a valid copy of Aadhar/PAN, registered EPs, and submission of a valid copy of the application form during the hiring process.
