Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to clients
Requirements:
  • 15 years of regular, full-time education
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and rotation shifts
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing skill with a minimum speed of 60-80 WPM
  • Troubleshooting experience, including diagnosing and resolving complex issues using SOP documents
  • Support experience, including familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL
  • Experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk, with a minimum of six months of experience
  • Hands-on experience with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, and Appsheet
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
  • End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
