Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing and sales workflows, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer AI-first automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and deploy performance dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and driving actionable insights.
- Coordinate with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies, focusing on high-value targets and expansion opportunities.
- Translate strategic input from product marketing and content into actionable assets and value propositions tailored to individual accounts.
- Oversee project timelines and external vendor relationships to ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing, preferably in B2B marketing and/or SaaS industries.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make, as well as CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to account segments, company size, and deal stages.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify conversion gaps and optimize based on data signals.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and taking ownership of revenue operations.
