Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

  • Leadership Development: Foster a high-performing team culture, leveraging expertise across Product, Category, Ops, and Design to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and SQL skills to inform strategic decisions, ensuring accurate forecasting and sound judgment.
  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling product experiences, influence assortment and pricing, and streamline processes for optimal efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • E-commerce Expertise: Proven track record of driving orders/GMV growth in marketplace/B2B commerce settings (beyond channel ops).
  • Opportunity Sizing & Problem Discovery: Develop outside-in research and data-driven approaches to identify high-potential opportunities and prioritize efforts accordingly.
  • Product Sense & Experimentation Depth: Ship flow/placement changes that move conversion, design A/B tests with holdouts/MDE/power, and provide crisp readouts.
  • Analytical Mindset: Apply SQL or advanced Excel skills to analyze cohort/retention math, ROI/payback modeling, and trustworthiness dashboards.
  • Program & Stakeholder Management: Lead large cross-functional programs, craft KPIs, drive alignment, and land outcomes.
  • Cultural Competence: Comfortable working in Hindi/Hinglish, with intuition for Tier-2/3 buyer behavior.
