Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and refine product development, testing, and manufacturing processes to optimize quality and productivity.
  2. Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel, ensuring effective utilization of resources and expertise.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and partnerships.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and product designs to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  6. Secure necessary resources for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes, with a strong understanding of industry trends and innovations.
  • Proven track record of successful personnel and project management, with expertise in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
  • Proficiency in presentation software to communicate complex information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Communication & Ownership:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
