Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leadership to understand key business drivers and challenges.
  • Performance Management & Reporting:
    • Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management.
    • Drive accountability for financial performance across different business units.
  • Business Case Development & Evaluation:
    • Develop compelling business cases for new initiatives and investments.
    • Evaluate financial assumptions and projections within business cases.
  • Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management:
    • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
    • Analyze product and customer profitability.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize financial systems and tools.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate financial performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • CA qualified with over 5+ years of experience in Financial Strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing finance teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Proficient in Business Partnering.
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
