Job Profile: International Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the success of the business by handling international accounts and ensuring seamless transaction processing.

The ideal candidate is expected to be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Manager, this role will have responsibility for key areas including:

  • Bookkeeping – accurate posting of purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions.
  • Bank – timely posting and reconciliation, as well as month end close and reports as per set deadlines.
  • Sales – efficient invoice raising and management.
  • Payments – thorough preparation and obtaining approval for payments.
  • Month end – timely posting of month end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journals.

Key requirements for the position include:

  • CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a Finance background.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Focused on internal and external client needs.
  • Calm and focused under pressure.
  • Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency.
  • Works with utmost integrity, doing the right thing.
  • Structured thinker, anticipating and solving problems.
  • Builds positive working relationships with energy.
