Job Title:

Pharmaceutical Operational Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of worksheets for special medicines including suspension, solution, cream, ointment and packing down tablets and capsules.
  • Obtaining orders and entering them into the system creating invoices and handling further processes regarding particular products by internal follow-up for timely execution of orders.
  • Handling logistics from creating shipments and tracking shipments and post-shipment updates.
  • Solving customer queries and following up with them regarding orders.
  • General administrative work to deal with admin staff either by telephone or electronically for order processing.
  • Promptly responding to handling and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Receiving orders from customers.
  • Processing orders forms applications and requests.
  • Performing customer verifications.
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the MD or Sales Office Manager.
  • Managing customers' accounts.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Recording and responding to inquiries and complaints.
  • Recording details of actions taken.
  • Administering the ordering and invoicing process both electronically and hardcopy.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Following up on customer interactions.
  • Providing timely feedback to the MD or Sales Office Manager regarding performance.
  • Adhering to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Requirements

  • 0 - 5 Years of Experience.
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) Master of Pharmacy Master of Science education.
