Job Title: Director of Placement Strategies

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our placement strategies and corporate relations initiatives. As Director of Placement Strategies, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative placement plans that align with our institute's vision and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic placement plans that drive results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with top-tier companies, startups, and public sector enterprises for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Oversee the entire placement process, from pre-placement talks to final offers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both recruiters and students.
  • Work closely with faculty and training partners to groom students to meet industry expectations.
  • Leverage the alumni network for placement support, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree (preferably an MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR, ideally within a reputed academic institution or corporate setting.
  • Strong network across various industries (FMCG, BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
