Bid Strategy Director

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. As a Bid & Proposal Manager, you will play a key part in securing high-value contracts for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning large-scale, multi-market contracts and possess expertise in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission
- Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals
- Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI, and creative capabilities
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align solutions with client needs
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to our brand standards
- 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development
- Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts
- Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows
- Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing)
