Senior Visual Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to elevate our in-store experience and drive our brand's visual impact.

This role involves developing and leading innovative visual merchandising strategies, designing and executing impactful store layouts, product placements, and seasonal displays. You will also mentor and guide a team of merchandisers to ensure brand consistency across locations.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in department store visual merchandising, especially in apparel/fashion. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead visual merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience
  • Design and execute impactful store layouts, product placements, and seasonal displays
  • Mentor and guide a team of merchandisers to ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborate with store and marketing teams to align promotions with visual presentations

Requirements:
