We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to work with raw data and transform it into actionable insights that drive business decisions for both retail and online channels.

  • Analyze sales, inventory, customer behavior, pricing performance, and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collect, clean, and structure raw data from various sources, including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, and social/digital platforms.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, and track key performance indicators across retail and e-commerce.
  • Lead demand forecasting, product performance evaluation, assortment analysis, and customer segmentation to support marketing, merchandising, and supply chain planning.
  • Conduct micro-level and predictive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

· 5+ years in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.

· Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

· Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.

· Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.

· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).

· Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation.

· Background in omni-channel or e-commerce environments.
