Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Data Integration Specialist to spearhead our upcoming data migration project. As a key team member, you will be responsible for leading the integration of data across various platforms and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data integration strategies to ensure high-quality data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex data-related issues.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of data modeling, master data management (MDM), and data governance principles.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to effectively manage projects and teams.
  • Prioritize project management skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading data integration projects across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, MDM, and data governance principles.
  • Experience working with various data integration tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
