We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at VictaMan Services Pvt. Ltd. in India. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring optimal satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures to improve service quality
- Collaborate with team members to provide consistent and efficient service
- Stay updated with product knowledge and new features to provide accurate information to customers
