Our team is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organization's overall goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, developing compensation structures, and communicating these programs to employees and management.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits to join our team as a senior leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our total rewards strategy, ensuring it is aligned with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Compensation Design: Develop and implement compensation structures that are competitive, fair, and transparent.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to determine salary ranges and other forms of compensation.
- Communication: Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees and management, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are meeting their intended goals.
- Budgeting: Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design and governance.
- Strong network of peers in competitor organizations.
- Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
- Strong presentation skills and communication.
- Ability to handle large size data in Excel.
- Professional demeanor when dealing with sensitive information.
- Time management and analytical skills.
- Organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
- Prior experience in matrix organization or corporate office.
