Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits specialist to join our team in Hosur. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing compensation and benefits data, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and collaborating with payroll and HR teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles, preferably from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation, analytical skills, and ability to work cross-functionally are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.)
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles
  • Tier 1 and 2 Institute background
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work in a 6-day work week environment

This role is not suitable for candidates specialized in payroll processing, HR generalist roles, HR business partners, or talent acquisition.
